and other information you may give us while using our site.

the application process are stored by us and used only to provide you with the information

Profile and CV Information
When you apply for a role by sending through your CV it will only be used in relevance
to that specific position. We might however contact you from time to time about
new opportunities that arise and which we consider might be of interest to you.
We rely on you to ensure that your CV and contact details are kept up to date. You
should update your CV periodically, particularly if your contact details
have changed. Once your profile and CV are on our database we will contact you every
six months using your most recent contact details to ask whether you want us to
retain your details on our files. If we do not hear from you your profile and CV
will be removed from our database.
PDA does not share or rent your personal information with third parties unless:
- You are seeking employment with a third-party organisation through the use of our
services, and for the purpose of evaluating your suitability, the third-party requests
some or all of the information you have supplied us with for this purpose. For the
avoidance of doubt, the information we supply any third-party may only be used for
the purpose for which it is supplied.
- We are required to do so by legal process or in response to a subpoena, court order
or other legitimate request by authority.

Act, which gives rights to the individuals who are subject of the data. The act

PDA may modify the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make substantial
or material changes to the way in which we will use your personal data we will prominently
post a web page on the PDA website detailing the changes.
