Location: South East (Home Base)
Salary: Salary Package £38,850 (includes LWA) company car or £5,700 car allowance and mileage rate, £1,200 bonus, pension, Bupa medical, laptop and mobile.

Our client is looking to recruit a people professional for an established nationally based Facilities Management business enjoying sustained growth with a portfolio of established multi/single site locations.
This position will help drive the people agenda across a number of high profile retail sites across the South East Of England.
Your role will be to support the business unit Manager and his/her operational management team in delivering HR through the line.
This will require you to support the team in the delivery of HR initiatives, training and development and also to help the team develop and drive a culture of colleague engagement across your Division.
You are likely to have up to three years in an Area/Regional role with experience from Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Engineering/Logistics or Facilities Management, in either multi or single site operations.
You will have the confidence to deliver HR solutions allied to service delivery to get the best out of people, where delivering results is high on the agenda.
Our client wants to hear from candidates with a generalist background - part qualified CIPD is desirable.
